摘要
物业管理在国内的发展时间短、成熟度低,但目前国内对物业管理的需求数量日益提高,管理质量要求也日益提高,致使物业管理的问题频现,尤其是综合性办公楼的问题最为突出。针对现状,本文对山东省广播电视中心综合业务楼的物业管理情况进行分析,总结其管理特点及管理经验,为相似物业管理工作提供借鉴。
Chinese property management has a short development time and low maturity,but the domestic needs of quality and quantity of property management are increasing,resulting in property management problems are frequent, especially the property management of comprehensive office building.For the status quo,this paper analyzes the property management of Shandong Broadcasting Center Integrated Services Building,summarizes the building＇s management characteristics and management experience,in order to provide a reference for similar building＇s propertymanagement.
