摘要
获得学位授予权是高校学科建设的标志性成果之一,为实现由研究生教育大国向研究生教育强国的转变,国家积极推进学位授权审核改革,地方民族高校学科建设既面临机遇,又面临挑战,需要调整建设思路,多策并举,以实现学科又好又快发展。
The obtaining degree- awarding powers is one of the landmark achievements of discipline con- struction in Colleges and universities. In order to realize the change from the country of postgraduate education to postgraduate education, the government is actively promoting the degree authorization approvement reform. The construction of local national universities is facing opportunities and challenges, we need to adjust the con- struction ideas and policy, to achieve sound and rapid development in discipline.
