摘要
目的:观察拟定的系统化体质干预方案对痰湿体质儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)肾损害患儿的疗效、预后的影响。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用拟定的系统化体质干预方案进行干预,时间为1年。统计治疗前及治疗过程中两组患者体质量表积分、中医证候积分、临床痊愈率、复发率变化。结果:治疗前与治疗4个月时,体质积分及中医证候积分比较,两组无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗8个月、12个月时,体质积分及中医证候积分比较,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组。治疗过程中,观察组在临床痊愈率的提高、复发率的降低方面,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用系统化体质干预方案对痰湿体质HSP肾损害患儿进行积极治疗干预,可使患者的体质偏颇状况改善,气血阴阳平和,脏腑功能协调,进而提高远期预防与治疗效果。
Objective： To observe the curative effect and prognosis of systematic physical intervention program on phlegm dampness constitution with anaphylactoid purpura （HSP） kidney damage in children. Methods： 60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group was used conventional treatment, the observation group was intervened with systematic physical intervention program on the basis of control group, time for 1 years. Statistics before and during treatment in two groups of patients with body mass surface integral, TCM syndrome integral, the clinical cure rate, recurrence rate. Results： Before treatment and after 4 months of treatment, physical integration and TCM syndrome integral comparison, no significant difference between two groups （P〉0. 05） ; treatment for 8 months, 12 months, physical integration and TCM syndrome integral comparison, there was a statistically significant differ- ence between two groups （ P〈0. 05）, the observation group than the control group. During the treatment, the observation group in clinical recovery rate, recurrence rate reduction, were better than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of systematic physical intervention program on Phlegm dampness constitution in renal damage in HSP are positive therapeutic in- tervention, can make improve the physical condition of biased patients, coordinate Yin and Yang-Qi and blood and viscera func- tion, and improve long term outcomes of prevention and treatment.
