摘要
对 5 0例病理诊断为尖锐湿疣 (CA)的标本进行了核酸荧光定量 PCR检测 ,检出率为 96 %。结果表明 :核酸荧光定量 PCR可一次性完成对尖锐湿疣 HPV感染的检测 ,检测覆盖面宽 ,漏检率低 。
Fluorogenic quantitative PCR had been done in 50 cases of condyloma acuminatum diagnosed by histopathology The results showed that the method could detect the infection of HPV of condyloma acuminatum,with a wide coverage and a low missed detection rate Moreover,it is of good practical value in the diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum
