摘要
为探讨有移位髌骨骨折的有效治疗方法 ,对行改良 AO张力带钢丝固定 ,环形、横 U形、竖 U形钢丝固定 ,髌骨部分和全切者的骨折愈合时间及疗效进行了对比分析。结果显示 ,改良 AO张力带钢丝固定术式的骨折愈合时间为 4～ 14周 ,优良率为 88.5 % ,与其它术式相比有显著差异。提示改良 AO张力带钢丝固定治疗有移位髌骨骨折优于传统方法。
To look for effective surgical approaches for treatment of types of displaced patella fracture It were compared and analysized that the recovering time of fracture and the treatment effect of patients treated by a few methods including modified AO tensive band wire,transvers“U”wire,longitudinal“U”wire,as well as sected patella partly or wholly The result showed that the recovering time of patients treated by modified AO tensive band wire was 4 to14 weeks and the superior rate is 88 5% There was great deference compared with other surgical approaches This suggests that the modified AO tensive band wire is superior to the classicalmethods [WT5”HZ]
