大学生自尊与社交焦虑的关系:无法忍受不确定性的中介作用 被引量:22

The Relationship Between College Students'Self-Esteem and Social Anxiety: the MediatingEffect of Intolerance of Uncertainty

摘要 为了探讨青少年外显自尊、内隐自尊、无法忍受不确定性与社交焦虑的关系,本研究采用Rosenberg自尊问卷、无法忍受不确定性问卷、社交回避及苦恼问卷和自尊IAT测量了191名大学生。结果表明:(1)外显自尊与无法忍受不确定性、社交焦虑呈显著负相关,无法忍受不确定性与社交焦虑呈显著正相关;(2)外显自尊对无法忍受不确定性具有直接的预测作用,内隐自尊调节着外显自尊对无法忍受不确定性的预测作用;(3)中介调节作用分析发现,当无法忍受不确定性进入回归方程时,外显自尊×内隐自尊对社交焦虑的预测作用不显著,而无法忍受不确定性对社交焦虑的预测作用显著。这表明,外显自尊×内隐自尊对社交焦虑的预测作用是通过无法忍受不确定性这一中介变量实现的。 This study probes into the relationship between adolescents' explicit self-esteem, imphcit self-es- teem, intolerance of uncertainty and social anxiety, by surveying 191 college students with the Rosenberg Self-es- teem Scale, the Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale, the Social Distress and Avoidance Scale, and the Self-esteem IAT. The results show the following: (1) Explicit self-esteem is negatively correlated with intolerance of uncer- tainty and social anxiety, and there is a significantly positive correlation between intolerance of uncertainty and social anxiety. (2) Explicit self-esteem helps directly predict intolerance of uncertainty, and implicit self-esteem moderates the prediction of intolerance of uncertainty by explicit self-esteem. (3) When intolerance of uncertainty enters the regression equation as a predictor, explicit self-esteem x implicit self-esteem shows no significant pre- diction of social anxiety, compared to the significant prediction of social anxiety by intolerance of uncertainty. This shows that explicit self-esteem x implicit self-esteem predicts social anxiety through the agency of intoler- ance of uncertainty.
