食谱卡在鼻内镜术后患者饮食护理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨食谱卡在鼻内镜术后患者饮食护理中的应用效果。方法将132例鼻内镜手术患者按入院先后分试验组和对照组各66例,对照组由责任护士采用口头宣教方式进行饮食指导,试验组责任护士在口头宣教的基础上采用自制的食谱卡挂于患者床边,比较2组患者对手术后饮食知识的知晓率及满意度。结果试验组患者对饮食知识的知晓率及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论食谱卡可有效提高患者及其家属对手术后饮食知识的知晓率及满意度,患者能够得到及时、合理地补充营养,从而减少了术后并发症的发生,提高了医疗护理质量和工作效率。 Objective To explore the effect of diet card in diet nursing of patients after nasal endoscope operation. Methods 132 patients after nasal endoscope operation were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, each group had 66 patients. Patients in con- trol group were given normal dietary guidance by nurses. Besides normal dietary guidance, patients in intervention group were also given diet card which hanged in the patient' s bedside. The patients' awareness rate of diet knowledge after operation and patients ' satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups. Results The awareness rate of diet knowledge and satisfaction in intervention group was higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Diet card can effectively improve the awareness rate of diet knowledge and satisfaction of patients and their families. Patients can get reasonable nutritional supplements in time. It can reduce the postoperative complication, and promote the quality and efficiency of nursing.
