摘要
哈萨克斯坦的民族和谐政策得到国际上的普遍肯定。纳扎尔巴耶夫关于民族和谐思想的形成主要有三方面的影响,一是个人成长经历和从历史经验中得出的经验教训,二是复杂的民族关系现状,三是国际环境和地缘政治。但是,语言、宗教、适用性等方面仍然存在着不利于民族和谐的因素。
Kazakhstan＇s ethnical harmonious policy is acknowledged widely internationally. Nazarbayev＇s idea has been formed under the influence of three factors： his personal experiences and the lessons taken from historical experiences, the complicated ethnic status quo, and the international environment and geopolitics. There are still factors to the disadvantage of developing harmonious ethnic relations in areas of language, religion and feasibility.
