摘要
文章回顾了国外跨边界政务信息共享的概念、缘起和意义,并从组织管理、政治法律及信息技术三个视角对跨边界政务信息共享的影响因素进行了总结归纳,指出了国外跨边界政务信息共享对中国政务协同的三点重要启示。
This paper reviews some foreign studies on the concept, original, and meaning about cross - boundary in- formation sharing in government, and then summaries various factors which can influence cross - boundary government in- formation sharing from three perspectives of organization and management, political and legal, information and technology, and points out three important revelation to our inter - government affairs collaboration.
