阿司匹林、尼可地尔及阿托伐他汀对冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的对应用阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀、尼可地尔三种药物联合对患有冠状动脉慢血流病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取90例患有冠状动脉慢血流病的患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组45例。采用阿司匹林和尼可地尔对对照组患者进行治疗;采用阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀、尼可地尔三种药物联合对治疗组患者进行治疗。结果治疗组患者冠状动脉慢血流病治疗效果明显优于对照组;治疗前后血浆指标的改善幅度明显大于对照组。结论对冠状动脉慢血流病患者应用阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀、尼可地尔三种药物联合进行治疗的效果非常明显。
