摘要
目的通过对多发性硬化患者外周血单个核细胞中环孢素 A受体 m RNA表达的研究 ,为临床采用环孢素 A辅助治疗该病提供一定的依据。方法采用逆转录 PCR方法 ,结果经凝胶图像分析。结果患者组即多发性硬化患者外周血单个核细胞存在有 Cy P m RNA的表达 ,与对照组相比较降低 ,尚无明显统计学差异 (P>0 .0 1)。结论多发性硬化患者外周血单个核细胞中存在有 Cy P,Cs A与细胞内的 Cy
ObjectiveTo study cyclophilin(CyP) mRNA expression in peripheral mononuclear cells in multiple sclerosis,so as to obtain some evidences in response to cyclosporin A(CsA)used as supplementary treatment in multiple sclerosis.Methods Using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method,the products were analyzed through gel image analysis.Result CyP was expressed in both patient groups and normal control group.There in no significant statistical difference between them.Conclusion CyP has been expressed in the peripheral mononeuclear cells,the activity of CsA was decided by the protein structure of CsA CyP combinants.
