摘要
目的研究Ｐ２１ＷＡＦ１／ＣＩＰ１基因的蛋白产物在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化技术检测５６例膀胱移行细胞癌标本Ｐ２１ＷＡＦ１／ＣＩＰ１蛋白的表达。结果Ｐ２１蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的阳性表达率为３５．７％（２０／５６）。它在低分化，浸润性肿瘤的表达明显低于高分化，浅表性肿瘤（Ｐ＜０．０５）；在复发肿瘤中的阳性表达率高于原发性肿瘤（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论Ｐ２１的表达水平可作为评估膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度、自然病程及提示预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the significance of P21 WAF1/CIP1 (a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor)expression in bladder transitional cell carcinomas (TCC). Methods The specimens of 56bladder TCC were stained P21WAF1/CIP1 expression was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of P21 protein was 35.7%(20/56) and negatively correlative with stage and grade of tumors (P<0.05).The recurrent bladder TCC had a higher positive expression rate than primary bladder TCC(P<0.05). Conclusion P21 WAF1/CIP1 is one of the valuable predictors for the biological behavior of bladder TCC.
