摘要
目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗的最佳方式。方法收集从１９７６年１月至１９９９年１２月４０５例腰椎间盘突出症手术病人的资料并进行详细分析。结果对３８５例术后病人平均随访２５个月，优良率为９８％。结论作者强调正确的术前临床诊断和严格掌握手术指征是取得本症满意手术疗效的关键。
Objective To Probe into optimal means of the operative treatment of lumbar prolapsed disc. methods To collect and analyze the dafa of 405 cases of lumbar prolapsed disc treated by discectomy with posterior surgical approach in detail from January 1976 to December 1999. Results The excellent and good results were obtained in 98% of the 385 cases with an average of 25 months follow-up. Conclusion Authors emphasized that most important is a correct preperative clinical diagnosis established and a clear surgical indications strictly adhered to, and then satisfactory operative results can be obtained for the disorder.
