摘要
目的观察疏肝化纤汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法将65例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例给予以自拟疏肝化纤汤,每日1剂,水煎服,分2次口服。对照组30例给予葡醛内酯片,每次0.2g,每天3次。两组疗程均为3个月;结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,治疗组治疗后症状、体征,B超,肝功能(TBIL、ALT、AST、GGT)与肝纤4项:[透明质酸(HA),层黏蛋白(LN),Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)]的变化更为明显;结论疏肝化纤汤汤对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化具有明显的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the the Shugan chemical fiber soup treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods 65 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 35 patients given self Shugan chemical fiber soup a day,decoction orally 2 times. The control group of 30 patients given Glucuronolactone pieces, each 0. 2g,3 times a day. The treatment lasted three months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group higher than that in the control group,symptoms,signs,B ultrasound,liver function （TBIL,ALT,AST,GGT） in the treatment group and 4 liver fibrosis： [hyaluronic acid （HA） ,laminin protein （LN） type Ⅲ procollagen （PC Ⅲ） ,changes in the type Ⅳ collagen （Ⅳ-C）]is more obvious. Conclusion Liver chemical fiber stirred up of chronic hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis has a significant therapeutic effect.
