摘要
目的本研究将免疫组化应用于术中病理诊断，以解决一些疑难问题。方法采用ＲＡＭＯＳ（微波结合ＥＰＯＳ酶标一快速免疫组化一步法技术－Ｒａｐｉｄ ｍｉｃｒｏｗａｖｅ ｏｎｅ ｓｔｅｐｍｅｔｈｏｄ－ＲＡＭＯＳ）法进行冰冻切片免疫组化标记结合 ＨＥ观察切片。结果所有病例可见相应抗体着色，且时间短（１５分钟）、背景低、清晰、特异性强。结论ＢＭＯＳ法可应用于术中病理诊断，能解决以往许多难于解决的问题。
Objective To explore the way applying immunohistochemistry to pathologic diagnosis to solve some difficult issues. Methods Frozen sections were stained with RAMOS(rapid microwave one step method) and stained with HE. Results All sections showed out the colour stained with the corresponding antibodies and high specificity. The degree of background good visibility and high specificity. The time needed was reduced to 15 minutes. Conclution RAMOS can be applied to intraoperative pathologic diagnosis for an arixiliary way distinguishing from complicated cases.
