摘要
目的探讨出血性脑梗死的发病机理与预后。方法对我科１９９２年１０月－１９９９年１月收治的２０例出血性脑梗死患者进行回顾分析。结果２０例出血性脑梗死均经ＣＴ证实，发病时表现为大面积脑梗死。经治疗基本痊愈 ５例，显著进步７例，进步４例，死亡４例。结论大面积脑梗死容易导致出血性脑梗死。其预后主要取决于梗死的部位。范围及合并症等，只要不发生梗死区大量出血，梗死后出血对预后无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and prognosis of hemorrhagic infarction. Methods 20 cases of hemorrhagic infarction were analysed retrospectively. Results The diagnoses depended on CT. The onset of the 20 cases was featured as large --area infarction. There was no significantly deterioration of the 20 cases at the moment. After treatment, 5 cases were cured, 7 cases were significantly improved. 4 cases were imoroved. 4 cases were died. Conclusion Large-area infarction was apt to result in hemorrhagic infarction. The prognosis was not significantly affected by the hemorrhage after infarction unless there was majar bleeding in the local primary lesion.
