乳胶粉种类对薄层砌筑胶浆性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同种类的乳胶粉对薄层砌筑胶浆的塑性阶段、硬化阶段和微观性能的影响,结果表明:乳胶粉对浆体湿密度和稠度影响较大,5011L型乳胶粉在增加胶浆湿密度,减小其稠度方面作用明显,但不同种类的胶粉对胶浆失水率影响不大;乳胶粉对界面强度影响较大,粘结强度提高范围可达到84.41%~111.74%;通过测试分析薄层砌筑胶浆XRD,SEM,FTIR,发现随着乳胶粉种类的不同,虽然水化程度基本一致,但Ca(OH)2结晶形态不同,界面粘结强度的提高效果也各不相同。 The effect of latex powder on the properties of thin masonry mortar is studied in this paper, such as plasticity, hardening and microcosmic properties. The results show that latex powder has great influence on the wet density, consistency of mortar and interface strength which bond strength can increase to the range of 84.41% - 111.74 %, but has little effect on the water loss of mortar. Through test and analysis of thin masonry mortar by XRD, SEM, FTIR, different latex powders have near degree of hydration, different crystalline morphology of Ca (OH) 2, and different interracial bond strength.
