摘要
抵抗素自被发现10年来一直备受关注，作为一种新的脂肪分泌因子，不仅与肥胖、2型糖尿病具有密切的关系，而且是炎症区域家族（found in inflammatory zones，FIZZ）成员。近年来，大量有关抵抗素与多种临床疾病关系的研究报道出现，但结论并不一致，甚至仍存在争议。该文综合了国内外的相关文献，对抵抗素与肥胖症、2型糖尿病、心血管疾病、炎症过程及肿瘤的关系做一阐述。
Since the resistin was found,it has been payed attention to for about 10 years. Because resistin, as a novel adipocytokine, not only has close relations with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DB）, but also is a member of found-in-inflammatory-zones （FIZZ） family. In recent years,a large number of articals on relationship between resistin and several clinical diseases were reported. But their conclusions were not accordant,even still controversial. On the basis of the pertinent literatures at home and abroad,the research status on relations between resistin with obesity, T2DB, cardiovascular diseases, inflammation process and tumor was summarized.
