基于膜分离的茶多酚绿色制备方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 以绿茶茶末为原料,分别对水浴法提取茶多酚的浸提条件、茶多酚提取液的超滤条件以及超滤对茶多酚产品的影响进行了考察。通过正交试验确定了最佳浸提条件为:浸提温度90℃、浸提时间30min、料液比1:25、浸提次数4次,在此条件下茶多酚的提取率为23.68%。对茶叶提取液利用物理处理的方法,在上柱吸附前增加微滤和超滤操作,确定最佳超滤条件:选用10万分子量超滤膜、操作压力0.4MPa、温度25℃。经此工艺制得的茶多酚产品纯度可达到91.28%,比未经超滤所制备的茶多酚产品纯度提高了13.14%。 Explored the conditions of extraction of tea polyphenols and the condition of ultrafiltration of tea-water system, the influence of ultrafiltration to tea polyphenols. In the process of extraction of tea polyphenols, the optimum conditions of extraction were determined by the orthogonal experiment.The optimum conditions are as follows: the temperature of extraction is 90 ℃, the time of extraction is 30 minutes, the ratio of tea and solvent is 1:25, the times of extraction are 4, the maximum yield of tea polyphenols is 23.68% under this condition. The whole processing used physical method, adding micro- filtration and ultrafiltration before resin absorption, the optimal condition of ultrafiltration were identified as follows: one hundred thousand relative molecular mass ultratiltration membrance operating pressure 0.4 MPa, operating temperature 25 ℃. The experiment proved that ultrafiltration could enhance the content of TP by 13.14% to 91.28%.
