摘要
本文研究探讨了在分娩过程中实施次髎穴位注射配合导乐分娩镇痛方法的临床效果。方法:将80例初产妇随机分为2组,观察组实施次髎穴位手法按摩并配合导乐分娩镇痛,对照组进行单纯的导乐分娩镇痛。观察两组分娩过程中镇痛效果、分娩方式及心理状态。结果:观察组于穴位按摩2—3min后镇痛起效,维持3小时左右,配合导乐分娩镇痛,其镇痛效果全面、剖宫产率低。与对照组比有显著性差异P<0.05。结论:次髎穴位注射分娩镇痛,操作简单、起效快,能有效控制分娩过程中腰痛,对腹痛镇痛效果欠佳;配合导乐分娩镇痛能缓解产时腹痛,产妇心理状态稳定。
This paper researches the analgesia effect of doula de- livery accompanied by ciliao acupoint massage. It firstly intro- duces the concrete methods, and then discusses the result. Final- ly, we come to the conclusion that ciliao acupoint massage can effectively control analgesia, for it is easy to operate and has fast effect and its company with doula delivery can stabilize the deliv- ery woman＇s psychological condition.
