摘要
结合我校培养应用型人才的要求,数控仿真系统作为桥梁,达到数控加工理论和实践教学环节同步,理论教学与技能训练并重的转变,编程结果验证及时体现,多个数控系统教学,解决数控实训学生人均使用设备时间短的问题,与数控自动编程课程结合的目的,同时由于数控仿真系统存在不足,在教学中应扬长避短。
Combining the need for cultivating applied talents in university, NC simulation system which is as a bridge, attain to synchronization of NC machining theory and the practice teach- ing, to turn to pay equal attention to theory teaching and skill training, to get programming results in a timely manner, to multi- ple CNC system teaching, to solve the problem of short time of NC training of students per equipment use, and to combination of NC automatic programming course. Due to the shortcomings of CNC simulation system, it should be develop the strength and avoid weakness.
