摘要
老年人对信息技术的疏离形成了一种由年龄构筑的数字鸿沟,我们称为银色数字鸿沟。调查表明技术水平、信息意识是这种数字鸿沟形成的基本原因。整合多方面的力量,从观念、制度及教育方面入手,加强对老人信息技术教育,是跨越这条数字鸿沟的根本途径。
As s result of aging, the old people are far away from and thus unfamiliar with the information technology, which forms a so called grey digital gap. Some surveys suggested that the cause of the divide is the lack of related technology and information consciousness. The fundamental way to bridge the gap is to integrate the different powers and strengthen the information education to the older people in terms of concepts, systems and ＇education.
