易坦静及孟鲁司特治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的观察易坦静及孟鲁司特口服治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效。方法随机分为治疗组和对照组,均予布地奈德+可必特雾化,治疗组在此基础上加用易坦静及孟鲁司特口服,所有患者均予对症治疗,适当应用抗生素治疗。结果治疗组的显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,有显著差异性(χ2分别为4.23、5.77,P均<0.05)。结论易坦静及孟鲁司特口服治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效满意、安全有效,可以在临床治疗中加以推广。
