摘要
目的探讨骨科患者术后留置硬膜外镇痛泵引起的不良反应及处理方法。方法针对100例骨科手术患者术后留置硬膜外镇痛泵所出现的不良反应,进行细致观察、合理预防和及时处理。结果有效减少了患者并发症的发生,减轻了患者痛苦。结论考虑患者术后留置硬膜外镇痛泵,术前应评估患者的身体状况,对于体质差及年老者,尽量减少使用或不用镇痛泵。
Objective To discuss and summarize the Department of orthopedics patients postoperative indwelling epidural analgesia pump induced adverse reaction and its treatment. Methods 100 cases of Department of orthopedics operation in postoperative patients with indwelling epidural analgesia pump the adverse reaction,careful observation,reasonable prevention and timely trealment. Results The patients effectively reduce complications, reduce patient pain. Conclusion Patients consider postoperative indwelling epidural analgesia pump,the preoperative assessment of patients with physical condition,to poor health and old,minimize with or without the use of analgesia pump.
