中俄北极能源合作战略分析 被引量：2

摘要 随着全球气候不断变暖,全球性环境问题日益突出,如何在战略能源领域获得主动权成为各国关注的焦点。在此背景下,我国在保障能源供应和加强能源合作方面做出许多尝试。而作为能源宝藏的北极地区则是维护我国能源安全不可忽视的战略选择,因而加强中俄北极能源合作对话日益重要。本文在阐述中俄北极能源合作背景基础上,对两国石油、天然气等具体能源合作领域前景进行分析;着重对中国参与俄罗斯什托克曼项目和中国参与北极航道的通航维护提出了设想;并且通过独裁博弈模型分析中俄北极能源合作存在的问题,进而提出促进两国能源友好合作的对策建议。
