绿色教育与人才培养的实证探析——以扬州环境资源职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 绿色教育核心是以人为本,基点是和谐思维,本质是素质教育,目的是培养人的可持续发展能力。扬州环境资源职业技术学院通过开展环境保护与可持续发展通识教育、实施人文素质教育普及项目等途径创设绿色课程;通过办好绿色讲坛、发展绿色社团、开展绿色行动、打造绿色基地等途径营造绿色文化;通过打造"绿色环境"、推行"绿色管理"、培育"绿色心灵"、建立"绿色体系"等途径实施绿色管理,为大学文化与人才培养之间的关系研究提供了实证样本,具有一定的推广价值。 Green education focuses on the people-oriented idea, with harmonious thinking as its basis, all-around development education as its essence, and sustainable development ability training as its aim. Yangzhou Vocational College of Environment and Resources provides green courses through general education on environmental protection and sustainable development, and humanistic quality education programs. It creates a green culture by ensuring suc- cessful operation of green forums, developing green associations, carrying out green activities and building green ba- ses. The school also implements green managements via creating " green environment" , pursuing " green manage- ment" , cultivating "green souls" and building "green systems". All these provide empirical examples for the study of the relationship between college culture and talents cultivation, and therefore, bear some value for popularization
