摘要
目的观察动态脑电图检查对儿童颞叶癫痫临床诊断的价值。方法对常规脑电图检查正常而临床可疑的112例颞叶癫痫儿童进一步采用动态脑电图检查,并对比分析两种检查方式对儿童颞叶癫痫的诊断意义。结果在112例患儿中经动态脑电图检查出68例在颞区出现癫痫波。结论采用动态脑电图对临床可疑的颞叶癫痫儿童进行检查,能够在正常活动下不间断地进行脑电检测,对于痫性放电易发于自然睡眠早期的患儿尤其适用,具有良好的诊断价值。
Objective To observe the diagnostic value of eleetroencepholagram （EEG） on temporal lobe epilepsy of children. Methods 112 patients whose routine EEG result is normal, but clinically consider as epilepsy in our hospital between May 2009 to May 2012 go through trends EEG examination. The diagnosic evaluation were observed and the clinic effectiveness was made an in-depth analysis. Results The trends EEG results of 68 cases have epilepsy electro-wave in 112 cases. Conclusion The trends EEG can monitor the encephola electro-discharge in natural sleep term while abnornal electro-discharge appear easily. It is meaningful examination for epilepsy children.
