Ⅱ型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与糖化血清蛋白检测的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者治疗后不同时间点FPG、HbA1c和GSP 3个指标的变化趋势及其相关性。方法以Ⅱ型糖尿病患者186例(实验组)、健康对照者(对照组)163例样本为试验材料,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法、胶乳凝集抑制反应法和NBT比色法检测FPG、HbA1c和GSP浓度。结果实验组不同时间点FPG、HbA1c和GSP 3个指标的浓度均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。实验组3个指标在患者治疗后不同时间点的水平差异均存在显著性(P<0.05),其中GSP在治疗后2周与1个月两个时间点间差异不显著(P>0.05)。FPG和HbA1c2个指标随着时间的推移而显著下降,但在治疗1个月后的变化不再显著(P>0.05)。结论 FPG、HbA1c和GSP 3个指标反应Ⅱ型糖尿病患者治疗后不同时期的变化趋势,相关性大;进行联合检测能为临床提供全面的血糖水平信息。 Objective To examine the blood concentration of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), haemoglobin Ale (HbAlc) and glyeated serum proteins (GSP) in type 2 diabetes mellitus with different time points after the first treatment. Methods The glucose oxidase method, latex agglutination inhibition test, and NBT colorimetric method were employed to detect the blood level of FPG, HbAlc, and GSP in 349 subjects, including 186 DM patients (case group) and 163 health persons (control group). Results For case group, blood concentration of FPG, HbAlc, and GSP were significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0. 05). In the ease group, there were significant differences among different time points for the three indexes. Among them, GSP did not significantly differ between two weeks and four weeks after the first treatment (P〉0.05). In contrast, we did not observe the significant decrease for FPG and HbAlc after four weeks in DM patients. Conclusion There were significant relationship among blood levels of FPG, HbAlc, and GSP, which also indicated the obvious trend during the development of DM. However, the diagnosis value will be relatively high when the FPG, HbAlc, and GSP index were combined together.
