含砂量及进口速度对水力旋流器分离性能的影响

摘要 为了研究水力旋流器的分离性能,利用Fluent软件对水力旋流器(Ф450mm)进行数值模拟。结果表明,该型水力旋流器进出口压力损失随着含砂量和进口速度的增加而增加;分离效率随着含砂量和进口速度的增加而增加,但此型分离器对含砂量小于1.0%的工质分离效率过低;此型分离器适用于进口速度和含砂量都较大的工况。 In order to research the separate performance of hydrocyclone, numerical simulation of hydrocyclone (φ450 mm) was carried out by Fluent software. The results showed that the entrance and exit pressure loss of this hydrocyclone increased with the increase of sediment concentration and entrance speed; separation efficiency increased with the increase of volume fraction of sand and entrance speed, but it was too low in case of sediment concentration less than 1.0 % ; this type of separator was applicable to the conditions of higher entrance speed and higher sediment concentration.
