摘要
建筑劳务分包工程交易直接关系3200万建筑劳务用工切身利益,影响中国建筑业可持续发展。通过对现行建筑劳务分包工程交易方式的阐述及建筑劳务分包工程交易存在问题的分析,提出规范建筑劳务分包工程交易市场的目标和原则,建立以政府职能部门为主体,以制度建设为基础,以管理与服务为基本内容的现代建筑劳务分包工程管理体系。
The subcontracting engineering trade of construction labor is directly related to the personal interest of 32 million construction labors and influences the sustainable development of construction industry in China. By elaborating the transaction mode of the present construction labor subcontracting engineering and analyzing the existing problems in the subcontracting engineering trade, this paper proposes the objectives and principles of regulating the subcontracting engineering market of construction labors, and establishing modern management system of construction labor subcontracting engineering with functional departments of the government as the main body, system building as the foundation as well as management and service as the basic content.
