摘要
[目的]探讨固定生物床处理低浓度有机废气的可行性。[方法]采用固定生物床处理特定车间产生的低浓度废气,通过人体嗅觉感官定性评价处理后的废气,从而确定最经济的空床接触时间,并验证固定生物床处理低浓度有机废气的可行性。[结果]当空床接触时间为60 s时,可满足处理后的废气无人体嗅觉感官不适的排放标准。空床接触时间为60 s时,固定生物床循环水的COD基本保持不变,证明废气中的有机负荷在该空床接触时间内全部被微生物降解消耗。[结论]利用固定生物床系统处理磷酸盐车间低浓度废气是经济可行的。
[Objective] The study aims to discuss the feasibility of using a fixed biological bed to treat low-concentration organic waste gas.[Method] A fixed biological bed was used to treat low-concentration organic waste gas from a phosphate workshop,and then the waste gas treated was assessed by human sense of smell to determine the most economical empty bed contact time,thereby verifying the feasibility of usinga fixed biological bed to treat low-concentration organic waste gas.[Result] When the empty bed contact time was 60 s,the smell of waste gas treated was acceptable,and COD of recycled water in the fixed biological bed was essentially unchanged,which proved that organic load of the waste gas was consumed by microorganisms within 60 s.[Conclusion] It is feasible to use a fixed biological bed to treat low-concentration organic waste gas from a phosphate workshop.
