摘要
[目的]研究橡胶树高产品种热研7-20-59的生理特性,为该品种生产应用时设计适宜的割胶制度提供理论依据,保证其高产稳产。[方法]以热研7-20-59、PR107、RRIM600等3个橡胶品种为试验材料,采用胶乳生理诊断方法,比较不同品种的干胶产量及各项生理指标。[结果]3个品种的年株干胶产量、胶乳干胶含量、总固形物含量、蔗糖含量、硫醇含量从大到小顺序均为PR107、热研7-20-59、RRIM600,无机磷含量、镁离子含量从大到小顺序为热研7-20-59、PR107、RRIM600。[结论]热研7-20-59胶乳再生能力强,蔗糖利用率高,乳管代谢活性强,是一个综合性状优良的高产品种,可适当采用乙烯利刺激。
[Objective] To study the physiological characteristics of Hevea brasiliensis clone Reyan7-20-59,provide feasible tapping system and to keep sustainable high and stable yield.[Method] Reyan 7-20-59,PR107 and RRIM600 three clones were used as the materials,adopted the Jacob's latex physiological diagnosis method,the rubber yield and some physiological parameters between three clones were comparatively analyzed.[Result] The dry rubber yield,dry rubber content,total solid content,sucrose content,thiols content were PR107 > Reyan7-20-59 >RRIM600.The inorganic phosphorus content,Mg2+ content were Reyan7-20-59 >PR107 > RRIM600.[Conclusion] Reyan7-20-59 was a high yield clone with good comprehensive characters(strong ability in latex regeneration,high utilization ratio of sucrose and high metabolism activity of laticifer),can be properly use ethrel stimulation.
