用硅石尾矿粉和石屑制备蒸压灰砂砖 被引量:3

摘要 研究了配合料组成、成型压力和蒸压温度对硅石尾矿粉(硅尾粉)-石屑蒸压灰砂砖抗压强度的影响,并用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对部分试样进行了分析。结果表明,以硅尾粉、石屑和石灰为主要组分,在适当条件下可制备强度较高的蒸压灰砂砖。当石灰粉与硅尾粉质量比小于0.45时,随着石灰粉掺量的增加,试样抗压强度逐渐提高;当质量比进一步增加时,试样强度降低。提高硅尾粉和石灰混合物含量、成型压力和蒸压温度,可提高灰砂砖强度。石屑基本上不参与水热反应。 The influences of ingredients, molding pressures and autoclave temperatures on properties of autoclaved sand-lime bricks from silica tailings powder and stone chips were studied, and some samples were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that high strength autoclaved sand-lime bricks can be prepared under appropriate conditions by silica tailings powder, stone chips and lime as the main components. When the mass ratio of lime powder to the silica tailings powder is less than 0.45, with the lime powder content increasing, the compressive strength of the samples gradually increases; but when the ratio further increases, the strength of the samples reduces. To improve the content of silica tailings powder and lime, molding pressure and the autoclave temperature can increase the strength of the sand-lime bricks. The stone chips are basically not involved in the hydrothermal reaction.
