摘要
目的观察针刺配合贴压耳穴治疗高血乐病的临床疗效。方法同顾性分析2011年l1月至2012年4月天津中医药大学第一附属医院住院部治疗的40例高血压患者资料，采取病例自身前后对照性研究，予患者针刺合谷、太冲、足i里、曲池、人迎及头维穴，配合耳穴贴压王不留行籽的治疗方法，许监测患者的血压变化，观察降压临床疗效。定期随访，南此对治疗效果进行总结。结果痊愈6例，占15％；显效10例，占25％；有效22例，占55％；无效2例，占5％，总有效率为95％。结论体针与贴床耳穴结合治疗高血乐有显著临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture combined with au- ricular-seed-pressing therapy for the treatment of hypertension. Methods The author retrospectively re- searched the 40 cases of hypertensive patients fi＇om the I st affiliated hospital of Tianjin University of Tradi- tional Chinese Medicine. Investigating the efficacy before and after the treatment and needling Hegu ,Tai- chong ,Zusanli ,Quchi ,Renying and Touwei, combined with auricular vaccaria seed plaster therapy to observe the antihypertensive drug. Meanwhile, obset＇ving the pressure changes of the patients and concluding the ther- apeutic eft^ets through the regular follow-up. Results 6 eases（15%） cured, 10 cases （25%） markedly effee- live, 22 cases （55%） effective,2 cases （5%）ineffective and the total effective rate was 95%. Conclusion Body acupuncture combined with aurieular-seed-pressing could get the magnificent clinical efficacy for the treatment of hypertension.
