摘要
目的:观察补肾益气活血方联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效,并评价治疗的安全性。方法:选择126例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组(63例)给予常规西药治疗,研究组(63例)在常规西药治疗的基础上加用补肾益气活血方治疗,均治疗1个月。疗程结束后,观察两组治疗的临床疗效,同时评价安全性。结果:研究组临床症状、心电图改善总有效率分别为92.1%、63.5%,显著高于对照组的73.0%、41.2%,统计学有显著性差异(P<0.05);研究组在减慢心率、降低血压、调节血脂方面显著优于对照组,统计学有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益气活血方与西药联合在治疗冠心病心绞痛方面临床疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广和普及。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Fang（BYHF） combined with western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris and evaluate the safety.Methods： 126 cases with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（n=63） was treated with conventional western medicine while the study group（n=63） was given BYHF on the basis of the conventional western medicine.All of the patients were treated for one month.The clinical efficacy and safety was evaluated after the treatment.Results： The total efficiency of clinical symptoms,ECG improve in the study group were 92.1%,63.5% significantly higher than 73.0%,41.2% of the control group（P 0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in the heart rate slowing down,blood pressure lower and regulate blood lipids between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： BYHF combined with western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris has good clinical efficacy,it is safe and reliable,and is worthy of being promoted and popularized in clinical.
