摘要
主要介绍了日本TMEIC激光焊机在现代化冷轧厂酸轧线的技术应用情况。从该激光焊机焊接原理、工艺流程、设备构成、操作模式及维护要点进行了介绍、讨论,论述了该设备的技术特性与先进性。
The paper introduces the application technology knowledge of Japan TMEIC laser beam welder in PL-TCM of moderm cold wiling mill. The welding principle, process flow, the element of equipment, operating mode and maintenance key points are introduced and discussed. The advanced properties and advantages of laser beam welder are certified.
