摘要
目前国内许多水电站主厂房桥机轨道的设计虽然适用性强,但也存在一旦地脚螺栓固定后,轨道位置无法调整适应轨道横向位移的问题。在大岗山水电站主厂房桥机轨道的设计中,为了在岩锚梁发生有限变形时,能够便捷地调整桥机轨道以适应岩锚梁基础的变形,提出了两种优化设计方案。方案一能较好地适应轨道梁的变形,调整方便,但存在工程量大,造价高的问题;方案二在调整工程量、造价和调整便捷性方面具有综合优势。经参建各方综合评价,最终确定方案二为实施方案。
The design of crane track of main powerhouse of Dagangshan Hydropower Station has strong applicability,however,the position of the track can not be adjusted to its transverse displacement once the anchor bolt is fixed.In the design of crane track,two optimal schemes are put forward so as to adjust the track of the crane to the deformation of the rock anchor beam foundation when a slight displacement occurred.In scheme 1,the deformation of the track can be well adjusted and the adjustment is convenient,while the engineering quantity is large and the cost is high;the scheme 2 has comprehensive advantages including the above aspects,and it is adopted as the implemented scheme eventually.
