跟骨骨折术后应用护架烤灯照射的临床疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨跟骨骨折术后应用护架烤灯照射的临床疗效。方法跟骨骨折钢板内固定术后应用护架烤灯持续照射切口,观察治疗效果。结果 35例患者经护架烤灯照射后共出现切口并发症2例,经换药处理后愈合,无感染病例。结论跟骨骨折术后应用护架烤灯照射是一种简单、安全、有效、经济的治疗方法,能明显降低跟骨骨折术后切口并发症。
