摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理对脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响。方法将本院2006年8月至2008年4月收治的100例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组与观察组,分别采取常规护理和早期康复护理,比较两组患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力情况。结果观察组中1例未愈,总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组;两组NIHSS评分与ALD评分比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理对脑梗死患者具有较好的临床效果,可明显改善患者神经功能缺损症状,提高其日常生活能力,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the impact of early rehabilitation nursing care of patients with cerebral infarction nerve function defect and daily living skills. Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral in- farction patients admitted to our hospital in August 2006 April 2008 randomly divided into a control group and the observation group, respectively, to take the usual care and early rehabilitation nursing were compared neuro- logic impairment and daily life capacity. Results Observation group were healed, the total effective rate was 98.00%, significantly higher than that in the control group; the NIHSS score the two groups with ALD score compared with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation care have better clinical outcomes in patients with cerebral infarction, can significantly improve the neurological deficits in patients with symptoms, to improve their daily lives, worthy of promotion and application.
