摘要
采油厂是油田生产的综合管理单位,因而是采油生产信息的收集、管理和使用单位。合理的建立采油生产管理信息系统以提高决策水平具有很大的经济效益。文中研究了采油生产管理信息系统(简称OPMIS)的基本模式,确定了OPMIS的范围、目标和开发方案。
Every oil production plant has a rather complicated management system foroil production, accordingly it is the unit that gathers, manages and uses infor-mation of oil production. It has great significance to creat. oil productionmanagement information system (OPMIS) for the purpose of getting optimizeddecision. The model of OPMIS was studied, the scope and goal of it was discu-ssed and the method used in creation of OPMIS was established too. All of theoil plants have nearly the same management systems of oil production, so thismodel could be applied to any other plant to creat the OPMIS.
