摘要
目的:探讨风险管理预防患者跌倒/坠床事件发生的实践及效果。方法:2010年1-12月住院患者采用常规预防跌倒/坠床管理方法,2011年1-12月住院患者采用预防跌倒/坠床风险管理。比较预防跌倒/坠床风险管理实施前、后患者跌倒/坠床发生率。结果:预防跌倒/坠床风险管理前患者跌倒/坠床的发生率为0.88‰,实施后为0.45‰。结论:实施风险管理,可明显降低住院患者跌倒/坠床的发生率,提高护理质量,保障患者安全。
Objective： To explore the effects of a risk-managemenf program on preventing inpatient＇ fall/fall from bed. Methods： Conventional fall/fall from bed prevention strategies were used for patients hospitalized from January to December, 2010. A fall/fall from bed risk-management program was used for patients hospitalized from January to December, 2011. The incidence rates of falls and falls from bed were compared in the two years. Results： Before and after the application of fall/fall from bed risk-management program, the incidence rates were 0.88%0 and 0.45%0 respectively. Conclusion： The risk-management program can significantly decrease the incidence ofinpatients＇ fall/fall from bed and improve the quality of care.
