摘要
目的:了解三级甲等综合医院护理管理人员和麻醉科主任对麻醉护理质量认同度的现状,探讨两者存在的差异。方法:采用自行设计的"麻醉护理质量认知调查问卷",对护理管理人员、麻醉科主任共123人进行调查,比较两者对麻醉护理质量的认同度差异。结果:护理管理人员对麻醉护理质量中"工作态度""专业知识和能力"的认同度高于麻醉科主任(P<0.01),而"护理缺陷"低于麻醉科主任(P<0.01)。结论:护理管理人员与麻醉科主任对麻醉护理质量认同度存在差异,应有针对性地分析存在的问题,全方位提高麻醉护理质量。
Objective： To investigate the current status and difference of identities on anesthesia nursing quality between nurse and medical managers. Methods： A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 123 nurse administrators and clinical anesthesia department directors. Then the authors also compared their cognitive differences for the quality of anesthesia care. Results： They had different cognitive status on work attitude, professional knowledge and skills, and nursing defects （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Nurse managers and anesthesia department director may have different identities on the quality of anesthesia care. This problem should be analyzed to improve anesthesia care.
