摘要
通过对石油化工压力容器用钢(16MnR)的高温机械性能试验,作出了其在300℃时的概率分布;找出了抗力均值与温度的关系;通过积分初步推导了16MnR的屈服极限的二维随机分布的概率密度函数:并运用这一结果给出了计算实例。为石油化工压力容器的可靠性设计提出了温度、机械性能均为随机变量时的二维设计模型。
Having tested the mechanical properties of the steel used in pressurevessel for petrochemical industry (16MnR) in elevated temperature, theprobability distribution under 300℃ was determined, and the relationshipbetween average value of resistance and temperature was discovered, theprobability density function of two-dimension random distribution of theyield strength of 16MnR was derived preliminarily, passing through theintegrate data being obtained as well as, by use of the results having beenstudied above, some calculating examples were given out by the authors. Atwo-dimension design model for reliability design of pressure vessel inpetrochemical industry under that working conditions while both the temperatureand the mechanical properties are random variable had been put forward bythe authors, too.
