摘要
EGSB(膨胀颗粒污泥床)厌氧反应器广泛应用于食品发酵、啤酒饮料、淀粉味精、造纸化机浆和半化学浆等高浓度可生化性较好的污水处理系统,而用于商品浆造纸废水处理的国内还未见报道。本文以山东某商品浆造纸企业生产废水为研究对象,探索了EGSB厌氧反应器处理商品浆造纸废水的运行情况。结果表明:EGSB厌氧反应器在商品浆造纸废水处理领域得到成功的应用,处理效果好且稳定,COD去除率在70%~80%以上;同时,EGSB厌氧反应器具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力;EGSB厌氧反应器在低温条件下运行良好,在水温低于25℃时,COD去除率依然保持在60%左右;厌氧系统运行后,系统运行成本大大降低,为1.8元/t,且厌氧发酵产生的沼气用于发电,有效实现节能降耗。
EGSB anaerobic reactor is widely used in treating sewage of high concentration and good biodegradability in food fermentation, beer, drinks, starch, monosodium glutamate, paper-based semi-chemical pulp and mechani- cal pulp industries. But EGSB reactor hasn' t been used in wastewater treatment of market pulp industy. This paper takes the production wastewater of a commercial pulp and paper enterprise in Shandong province as research object and explores the operation situation of the EGSB anaerobic reactors processing commercial pulp and paper wastewater. The results show that: EGSB anaerobic reactor has been successfully used in commercial pulp and pa- per effluent treatment. The treatment effect is good and stable and COD removal rate is above 70% -80%. Mean- while, EGSB anaerobic reactor has a strong ability against loading shock. EGSB anaerobic reactor can run well at low temperature, when the water temperature is below 25℃ ,CODcr removal efficiency remaines at 60%. After an- aerobic system running, the operating cost greatly reduces to 1. 8 yuan/t. And biogas produced by anaerobic fer- mentation can be used for power generation to realizing energy saving.
