摘要
既有建筑物鉴定主要依据四个鉴定标准,这些标准在使用中存在一些交叉和不适用的情况。本文对这几个标准的适用范围、特点和选用进行了分析。对于民国建筑的鉴定、既有建筑的安全评估、烂尾楼复建前的鉴定等特殊情况,结合鉴定实践进行了探讨。
The existing building identification manly based on four standards. There are intercross and inapplicable among these standards during application. The paper analyzed the applicable range, characteristic and use of the standards. For the republican period building identification, existing building security evaluation and identify before the uncompleted and suspended building rebuilt was discussed based on the identification practice.
