摘要
公立医院改革是新医改的核心。加强护理工作是实现医改目标的重要措施之一,是构建和谐医患关系的客观要求。在推进公立医院改革的进程中,从医院层面开展"文化护理管理"、建立护理后勤、创新护理服务等方面的工作,探索公立医院护理管理创新思路。
Public hospital reform is the core of the new medical reform. To strengthen the clinical nursing work is one of the important measures of medical reform, it will promote the harmonious of medical personnel-patient relationship.
