摘要
原发性肝癌的预后极差。任何单一方法的治疗均有其局限性 ,而二种或二种以上方法结合的综合治疗则可能弥补单一疗法的不足 ,发挥相加或协同的抗癌效应 ,有助于提高肝癌患者的远期生存率。作者就手术为主的综合治疗。
The prognosis of primary liver cancer is very poor. The effects of a single therapeutic method in treating liver cancer are limited. Multimodality combined therapy may make up for theshortcoming of a single method,exert additive or synergistic effects and improve the survival of patients with liver cancer. The advance of combined therapy which surgical resection plays a main role in treatment,combined palliative surgical therapy and nonsurgical combined therapy for unresectable liver cancer were reviewed.
