摘要
目的 对氟试剂比色法测定饮水中氟化物的分析误差进行预测 ,以保证水质分析数据的可靠性。方法 按水质分析中评价比色法精密度和准确度的 AQC工作程度进行。结果 各种溶液测定的总标准差小于其浓度的 5 %或检出限 ,总平均回收率可信限在允许范围内。结论 用氟试剂比色法测定饮水中氟化物 ,实验室分析误差可控制在容许值内。
Objective In order to pledge data of analysis reliability,that variant analysis of fluoride in potable water was calculated by colorimetric method of fluorine reagent.Methods According to the AQC procedure of analysis water quality evaluated precision and accuracy of colorimetric method.Results Total standard deviation of every solution was less than 5% of the concentration or detection limit.The confident limit of total average rate of recovery in sample kept in range of allowable.Conclusions Colorimetric methods of fluorine reagent to determine fluoride of potable water and the value of variant analysis in the laboratory can be controlled in the range of allowable.
