摘要
针对传统汽车散热器试验台针对性强、测试效率低的不足,利用模块化思路,设计了一个通用型测试系统。该系统不依赖于具体的测试手段,通过改变模块配置即能满足不同试验的需求。在汽车散热器试验台应用中,测试系统采用计算机控制、调整风速和水循环,自动实现热平衡,并完成测试数据的整理和报告输出,从而大大节约测试时间。测试结果表明,试验台热平衡误差≤5.0%,重复性误差≤4.0%,测量精度≤2.5%。试验台的设计和性能符合JB 2293—1978标准,可以满足实际使用需求。
