摘要
为了实现长线422的高速高可靠性的传输,从硬件和软件逻辑两方面对传统的电路进行了优化,通过光耦隔离电路的设计,消抖技术,特殊的命令格式的设计和握手协议的合理的引用,从多个角度增加了传输的可靠性,经测试,该设计具有很高的可靠性。可以实现120 m长线422信号的可靠性传输。
For the coming true of high-speed and high-reliability transmission of long-distance 422, the opti- mized design of the circuit from the two sides of hardware and software by the using of the circuit of photoelectric isolation, tremble-deleting technology, special order of command and handshake protocol, the design improve the reliability of transmission, by test, the design has high reliability, it can come true the reliable transmission of the 120m long distance transmission.
